Kenny like his brother Danny was once a clone of Patrick, He how ever was base on Patrick's smart and curiosity. But later Kenny was rebooted and became Human.

Your wondering why he has cybernetics well it all happen from a fight between him and his brother Danny. Well it wasn't a fight between them what happen was the brothers went out on a double date with the Wolf girls and a guy slap Danny's Girlfriend's butt and called her a Hoe, This would trigger Danny since he has a short tempered and started yelling at the guy. Kenny tried to hold him back but  Danny let his Demon side take over and shot a massive wave of Fire at the guy, But it miss and struck the lounge kitchen and cause a massive explosion Kenny quickly push Danny out of the way but in the process the explosion cost Kenny his Arm and Eye. This is why most pictures of Kenny shows a metal arm and a robo eye.
